Mike Grine
Mike has an undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Toledo. Mike started a successful commercial cleaning business in Louisville. After becoming a Christian in the early 80’s, he felt called to Baptist Bible Seminary where he completed a Masters of Divinity. He led from a pastoring position for 20 years. The final 10 years were spent planting a church in Jefferstown, KY. Mike is a Founding Member of Origin Church Planting Services. Married for 35 years to his college sweetheart —they have 2 children and 2 grandchildren. He currently resides in Prospect, KY.

Steven Smith
Steven Smith is married to his wife of fifteen years, Andrea. They have five children— Zeke, Malachi, Simeon, Jane, and Della. Steven was saved at age nineteen and began serving in youth ministry. He’s been involved in youth ministry for the last 15 years. He is currently serving as an elder at Gray Road Baptist Church in Indianapolis, Indiana. Steven completed his bachelor’s degree in Pastoral Ministry at Crossroads Bible College and he is currently obtaining his Master of Divinity degree at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Steven is currently an entrepreneur/real estate investor who believes that business can and should be used to the glory of God.

Ed Siegfried
Ed and his wife Kim have been married for over 40 years. Ed has two grown daughters and 3 grandchildren. He has served in church ministries for over 40 years in various lay leader roles—elder positions, teaching positions, and youth leader positions, among others. He graduated from the University of Indiana with a degree in Business Administration. He is currently working on a Bachelor of Ministry degree at Crossroads Bible College. Ed has served in leadership roles with his work at Kroger for over 40 years.
